About the Journal
Journal Overview
The Celebes Nursing Journal (CNJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access nursing journal with an international scope, dedicated to advancing nursing science, evidence-informed practice, and healthcare innovation. CNJ publishes original research articles, review articles, case reports, perspectives, and editorials that contribute to nursing knowledge, practice, education, and healthcare across diverse populations and care settings.
The journal welcomes scholarship addressing contemporary and emerging health challenges, vulnerable and underserved populations, culturally responsive care, community and population health, disaster and emergency nursing, nursing education, healthcare innovation, and nursing practice in resource-diverse settings. Manuscripts should demonstrate clear relevance to nursing science and practice and be grounded in appropriate theoretical, conceptual, or methodological foundations.

Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions in Celebes Nursing Journal (CNJ) are made independently by the Editor-in-Chief and designated editors based on scholarly merit, methodological quality, ethical integrity, relevance to the journal's scope, and peer-review evaluation.
The publisher does not interfere with reviewer selection or decisions concerning the acceptance, revision, or rejection of individual manuscripts. Editorial decisions are not determined by commercial interests, sponsorship, institutional relationships, or other considerations unrelated to the scholarly evaluation of a manuscript.
Editors are required to disclose potential conflicts of interest and to recuse themselves from handling or making decisions on manuscripts for which a relevant conflict exists. Such manuscripts are assigned to another qualified editor without the identified conflict.
